Health Coaching Discovery Call (Complimentary)

Our initial call is a chance for us to connect and discuss your unique challenges and goals. Maybe you’ve tried to eat better, exercise, and maybe even followed the doctor’s orders. But when it comes to making lasting change, generic advice often falls short. 

It’s not just about willpower. 
Your metabolism, hormones, and daily habits are all connected. 

You need a plan that’s as unique as you are.

Comprehensive Health Coaching Bundle Breakdown

We’ll thoroughly explore your health history, current symptoms, goals, and any relevant data (labs, wearable info, etc.). The focus is to identify your biggest challenge and determine if coaching is the right approach for you. If your needs fall outside my scope, I’ll provide appropriate referrals.

Note: While I am a family nurse practitioner, in this setting, I do not interpret laboratory studies, diagnose, or treat medical conditions. I will use my clinical knowledge to guide you toward better health.

In these sessions, we’ll:

  • Clarify your vision for health and well-being
  • Set realistic, achievable goals
  • Build sustainable habits and routines
  • Identify strengths and growth areas
  • Troubleshoot challenges
  • Track progress and celebrate wins
  • Learn new behavior-change techniques
  • Adjust your plan as needed

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and priorities—whether that’s nutrition, activity, stress, sleep, or other aspects of healthy living.

Upon completing the Comprehensive Health Coaching Bundle (six sessions), you’ll receive your choice of:

A free 30-minute follow-up coaching session (recommended within 3 months of program completion to help build accountability).

  • The follow-up session is a great way to maintain your progress and get extra support.

Medical Weight Loss Prescription Policy
To be eligible for a medical weight loss prescription, you must be enrolled in our Health Coaching Bundle. This ensures you receive comprehensive support for safe and effective weight management.

After your initial evaluation and prescription, monthly follow-up sessions are required to continue your medical weight loss program and prescription. These follow-ups ensure your safety, monitor your progress, and provide continued support throughout your weight loss journey.

After completing your initial package you may purchase additional sessions as needed:

  • 30-Minute Follow-Up Session: $75
  • 60-Minute Follow-Up Session: $125

Scheduling & Sessions

Your world is never going to be perfect and a lot of what we discuss our strategies of how we can incorporate, healthy habits, even in the busiest times of our lives all you have to have is some component of willingness, that is our foundation.

You can schedule sessions directly through my online booking calendar, or by emailing if appointment time available does not align with your needs. I will do my best to work with you.

I offer virtual video visit sessions or by phone. In-person sessions may be available depending on your location.

Most sessions lasts 30 minutes.

We’ll meet biweekly in the beginning, and eventually spaced our sessions out to every three months.

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may mean forfeiting that session.

Pricing & Payment

  • 6-Session Package: $450 (includes one 60-minute initial session and five 30-minute follow-up sessions)
  • 30-Minute Follow-Up Session: $75 (available only after completing the 6-session package)
  • 60-Minute Follow-Up Session: $125 (available only after completing the 6-session package)

Note: Monthly follow-up visits are needed to continue weight loss medication prescription.

At this time, individual sessions are only available after completing the 6-session package.

Yes, I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have.

Health coaching is not typically covered by insurance, but some HSA/FSA accounts may reimburse for coaching. Please check with your provider for eligibility.
