Jeuveau (Wrinkle Treatment)
Jeuveau is a popular wrinkle treatment that is injected in the muscles that cause frown lines to form. Jeuveau prevents your nerves from telling your muscles to flex or contract. This process smooths the appearance of “dynamic” frown lines — like the ones from years of frowning at your phone. The effects can last for up to 4 months while the muscle activity gradually returns.

Dermal Filler Treatments
Restore volume and smooth lines for a refreshed, natural look. Our advanced fillers—including Revanesse® Versa, Restylane®, Sculptra®, and Evolysse®—can be used to enhance cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds (smile lines), marionette lines, and under-eye hollows.

Chemical Peels (VI Peel)
There are many superficial peels on the market that only address surface issues. Deep peels are available, but downtime can be significant. For true correction, VI Peel offers six medium-depth peel formulations that make the most impact, with the least amount (if any) of downtime.
Melanin creates the pigment of our skin. When melanin is overproduced, the skin exhibits hyperpigmentation or spots. VI Peels focus on lifting and exfoliating those skin cells to allow our body to produce new cells that are healthier and less pigmented. The process of exfoliation also smooths the surface of our skin, creating softer, smoother texture.

My health coaching is rooted in evidence-based strategies to help you build sustainable, healthy habits for lasting change. These techniques support heart health, improve blood pressure, boost energy, and promote overall well-being—not just weight management. With expertise in chronic disease prevention, food as medicine, and behavior change, I provide personalized guidance and accountability to help you reach your goals, wherever you’re starting.
As part of your coaching bundle, you’ll also have access to medical weight loss prescriptions if appropriate for your needs. However, these are entirely optional—success is absolutely possible without them.

- Includes one 60-minute initial session.

Medical Weight Loss
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are both injectable medications that support weight loss by reducing appetite and improving blood sugar control. They work by mimicking natural hormones in your body that signal fullness and regulate metabolism.
How They Work
Semaglutide mimics the GLP-1 hormone to help you feel full sooner and longer, making it easier to eat less.
Tirzepatide activates both GLP-1 and GIP hormone pathways, offering a dual approach to appetite and blood sugar management.
Weight Loss Results (with healthy lifestyle changes)
Lower doses (Semaglutide: 0.25–1 mg, Tirzepatide: 2.5–5 mg): Expect an average weight loss of about 5–10% of your starting body weight over 6–12 months.
Higher doses (Semaglutide: 1.7–2.4 mg, Tirzepatide: 10–15 mg: Clinical trials show average weight loss of 15–20% or more of starting body weight over approximately 16–18 months.
