Here is a step-by-step guide to recognizing and completing your medical screening:
Step 1: The Invitation
After enrolling in our program, you will receive your unique, personalized screening link via email or text message. Please be sure to check your spam folder just in case!

Step 2: Starting the Screening
When you click the “Click Here to Begin Screening” button or the link in the text, you will be taken to a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal to begin your evaluation.
You’ll be asked to review and accept a required Disclosure before proceeding. Once accepted, you will enter the secure environment to provide your medical history.

Step 3: What Happens Next
Once you complete and submit your evaluation, the information is immediately and securely sent to our medical provider for review.
FNP, Elizabeth Al Bayati, will thoroughly review your health history to ensure safe, effective treatment. After her review and approval, we can proceed to order your prescribed medication.
